The B190 replaced the highly successful B189 for the 1990 season and proved to be a worthy successor. Driven by Nelson Piquet and Alessandro Nannini for most of the season (Roberto Morano replaced Nannini for the last two races). Benetton finished 3rd in the constructors this year and Piquet won the last two races of the season

The B192 was a relatively successful model, introduced for the 4th race of 1992. Driven by Michael Schumacher and Martin Brundle, the team came 3rd overall with Schumacher gaining several podiums including a race win in Belgium

The B193 raced in the 1993 GP season and was arguably the second most competative car on the grid after the Williams FW15C. Driven by Michael Schumacher and Ricardo Patrese, the car won in Portuagal and came 3rd overall in the construtors championship
