The Arrows A1 was one of the first ground effect cars and despite being designed and built in only 60 days (due to a court challenge on the Arrows FA1) it proved to be very competetive. It had a best place finish of 4th for Patrese and 6th for Mass.

The Arrows A2 was the successor to A1b and was unusual to say the least. it incorporated a unique aerodynamic floor, which although gave it very good downforce, but it raised the cars' centre of gravity, so handling suffered. Its best result was 6th and was replaced by the end of the season by a modified A1b

In 1997, Damon Hill, the reigning world champion, surprised everyone and moved to the Arrows team. The season started badly, with the cars barely qualifying for the race. With steady improvement however Hill led most of the Hungarian GP and would have won if it hadn't been for a hydraulic failure in the later stages. He eventually finished second.
Decals are designed for the Scaleauto Hi-Nose model, or a Ninco Arrows / Jordan from the late 90's
